Local Tennessee Celebrity Gets Canceled For Slam-Dunking Trash Into Trash Can ~ AOC Calling For Receptacle Reform

On October 10th, musician, Dale Tocco came under Twitter fire when a patron at Bar Jameson in Roan Mountain, Tennessee, captured video of Tocco windmilling his arm and slamming a paper cup into a trash can, causing it to wobble, nearly sending it crashing onto a hardwood floor.

The video was originally shared on Facebook by Leah Tarde, who was recording her cousin doing the Electric Slide on the dance floor when Tocco walked in front of her camera, wound his arm three times before jumping and violently dunking the paper cup into the inanimate receptacle.

Dale Tocco, who is best known for his song, The Kid, which was played in a little-known independent film, Epsom Salt, is a well-known musician in the Tri-Cities region of Tennessee and Virginia.

The video went viral in just seven hours, exploding onto the national scene when the Organization for the Concern of Receptacle Safety (OCRS) issued a statement on the incident.

“What I watched in the video made my stomach turn. Not only did Mr. Tocco use excessive force in disposing of his cup, but the fact that he windmilled his arm three times and jumped before doing so tells us all we need to know about what kind of person he is,”…
